Move-in/Move-out Cleaning

Whether you are a landlord preparing for your next tenant or a renter who just wants the place to shine before inspection – Life Maid Simple is the only call you need to make!

With rates starting at $225.00 including GST you receive a complete restoration cleaning package. Including but not necessarily limited to:

• Window Washing (interior only)

• Cupboards (inside and out)

• Inside Appliances

• Complete bathroom cleaning

• Doors, baseboards, and flooring

 Move In & Move Out Guidelines

In order to effectively service your needs better, we recommend that your move out cleaning be booked upon completion of your move; therefore, we do ask the following:

•  Refrigerator and kitchen must be empty of all food products prior to appointment.

• We strongly suggest that all personal belongings be packed up already, if not already moved. If any items remain on site, please have them all set aside in a corner out of the way.

• All garbage must be removed from the premise prior to maids’ arrival.

• If painting or other maintenance is scheduled for the property on the same day as your visit from Life Maid Simple, we ask that you notify us of this during booking.

In situations with excessive conditions a surcharge may be applied.

Please note: we only accept cash payments for move in & move out cleaning appointments.

These guidelines have been created due to past experience. We have found that when these conditions have not been met, our estimated time frame for appointments can’t be met and the estimated price for the visit will also increase substantially.
